Liebe Suchenden,
ich biete hier eine kleine Wohnung mit zwei kleinen Zimmern an (z.B. Wohn- und Schlafbereich oder Arbeits- und Schlafbereich). In der kleinen Küche lassen sich auch Tisch und Stühle unterbringen. Die Wohnung verfügt leider über ein nicht so großes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Es gibt kein Balkon jedoch Hof und Garten.
In der Nähe befinden sich einige Cafés (Kleines Café, Kaffee Hawai). Schulen sind in der Nähe. Die Uni ist ungefähr 10 min mit dem Rad entfernt und der Bahnhof ca. 15 min. Ganz in der Nähe sind die Haltestellen Schafweide und Alte Feuerwache. Ansonsten gibt es einfache Restaurants im Stadtteil.
Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 405€ Kaltmiete plus ca. 54€ Nebenkosten (Hausmeister im Haus), hinzukommt noch Heizung ca. 54 € und Strom ca. 30 € beides bei der Stadtwerke selbst abzuschließen. Internet gibt es für 30 €, Kabelfernsehen gibt es, jedoch nie genutzt.
Glasfaser wurde hier leider noch nicht gelegt, ist jedoch in Planung.
