Der Preis beinhaltet alle Rechnungen (unter der Annahme, dass der Energieverbrauch NORMAL ist). 4. Stock (kein Aufzug), aber ruhig mit gutem Licht und schöner Aussicht :-). Holzböden, hohe Decken, voll möbliert mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. In guter Lage, Bäckereien, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Straßenbahnhaltestelle, etc. sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Krankenhaus, Neckar, Langerrötterstr in der Nähe, und der Hbf ist 15 mit dem Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn.
I am wondering if a responsible person would be interested in staying in my flat when I am away. Price includes all bills (assuming NORMAL energy use). 4th floor (no elevator), but quiet with good light and nice views :-). Wood floors, high ceilings, fully furnished with dishwasher and washing machine. In a good location, with bakeries, grocery stores, tram stop, etc minutes away. Hospital, Neckar River, LangerRötterstr in the area, and the Hbf is 15 by bike or tram.
