Die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist mit 2 nahezu identisch großen Zimmern (jeweils 16-17qm) ideal für eine WG. Küche und Wohnbereich sind renoviert und gestrichen. Zur Wohnung gehören neben den beiden Zimmern noch Küche, Tageslichtbad, Flur, Abstellraum und 2 Balkone. Ebenso ein kleiner Kellerraum. Im Keller besteht auch die Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen. Im Haus wohnen größtenteils Studenten.
Ruhiges Wohngebiet in der Nähe der DHBW Hauptstelle. Fahrradweg 10 Minuten oder 2 Stationen mit der Bahn. Für duale Studenten der DHBW ist die Wohnung daher besonders geeignet, aber auch in die Innenstadt ist die Verkehrsanbindung gut. Haltestelle Linie 6 (Lucas-Cranach Straße)in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Linie 5(Holbeinstraße) in 5 Minuten.
In die Stadt fährt man mit der Bahn 10 Minuten.
Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür.
Einzug ist theoretisch ab dem 01.06. möglich. Ideal für uns als Vormieter wäre der 15.06.
Komplett eingerichtete Küche wird gegen eine Abschlagszahlung auf Verhandlungsbasis gelassen.
