Die Wohnung liegt zwar theoretisch in der Oststadt, ist aber praktisch nur 50m von den Quadraten entfernt. Der Bahnhof sowie die Uni sind mit dem Fahrrad in ungefähr 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Jungbusch und somit zahlreiche Bars und Clubs, sowie die Neckarwiesen sind durch die Lage am Ring auch schnell erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the Oststadt, but is only 50m away from the squares. The train station as well as the university can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. The Jungbusch and thus numerous bars and clubs, as well as the Neckarwiesen are also quickly accessible due to the location on the "Ring".
Die Wohnung soll kurzfristig doch weitervermietet werden. Die Wohnung hat drei große Schlafzimmer und ein sehr grosses Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine 3er WG.
Die Einrichtungsgegenstände müssen übernommen werden. Näheres wird bei ernstem Interesse besprochen.
Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet.
Die Wohnung weist ein paar Risse in den Wänden auf und einer der Balkone (nicht der französische und nicht der grosse mit den Möbeln) ist nicht mehr begehbar. Die Wohnung ist aber komplett sicher und vom Statiker abgenommen. Es wird gerade das gesamte Haus unterspritzt um die Risse zu stoppen.
