Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, und wird voll möbliert vermietet. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer), einem Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und einem kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine Einzelperson oder als Paarwohnung.
Der Ein- und Auszugstermin kann angepasst werden.

I would like to sublet my flat for 5 months (from the beginning of August until the end of December), as I am going abroad for a semester.
The flat is very centrally located and will be rented fully furnished. It consists of a living room (passage room), a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small balcony.
The flat is suitable for a single person or as a couple's flat.
The move-in and move-out dates can be adjusted.

Die Wohnung befindet sich Zentral in den Quadraten. Zum Marktplatz, der nächsten Straßenbahn-Haltestelle und Supermärkten läuft man nur 2 Minuten und auch die Universität ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
