Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Die beiden Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet, wovon eines einen kleinen Balkon besitzt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll eingerichtet, auch mit Kphlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mokrowelle und Sofa und es gibt einen Balkon in Richtung des Innenhofs. Der Herd sowie die Heizung ist wird mit Gas betrieben. Im Badezimmer steht ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine, die übernommen wird.
Es gibt einen Innenhof in dem Platz für Fahrräder gibt und in der Miete ist ein Kellerabteil inbegriffen.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 580€ mit 130€ Nebenkosten, Strom und Gas sind selbst zu beziehen sowie auch Internet. Für Strom und Gas lagen unseren monatlichen Kosten bei 60€ und 25€ für Internet.
Sehr zentrale Lage in den Quadraten. Mit 5 Minuten Fußweg ist man praktisch überall: an der Universität im Schloss, der Bahnhaltestelle, am nächsten Supermarkt und in der Innenstadt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Mein Mitbewohner und ich beenden unser Studium und ziehen Ende März aus. Daher wird unsere ZweierWG aufgelöst und sucht neue Bewohner.
