Hallo, Ab 1. Januar ist das WG-Zimmer zu vergeben. Das Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm (eher etwas mehr), einen eigenen Balkon mit 2 hohen Flügeltüren und ist daurch sehr hell. Es hat hohe Decken und ich habe ein sehr großes selbstgebautes Hochbett, das ich verkaufen würde.
Die gepflegte Altbauwohnung ist schön groß (210 qm), hat hohe Decken und wurde vor einem Jahr komplett von Grund auf renoviert. Es gibt eine große schöne Küche, 3 Balkone, ein neues Bad mit Badewanne, eine Dusche, zwei getrennte Toiletten, so dass es sich auch zu fünft gut aushalten lässt. In den Zimmern und im Flur ist ein Laminatfußboden verlegt.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist gute 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das ganze für 271 Euro warm.
Unsere WG löst sich gerade auf und es sind noch weitere Zimmer frei.
