Wir suchen für unsere zentral gelegene Wohnung ca. 53m2 zum 01.01.2014 eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für eine 2er WG.
Zimmer 1 ca. 20m2 groß, hell und sonnig.
Zimmer 2 ca. 16m2 groß mit Balkon zum Innenhof hinaus.
Küche: Schränke, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Minibackofen, 3 Induktionskochplatten können für 500EUR übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uni / Popakademie entfernt (mit dem Fahrrad sind es sogar nur 3 Minuten zur Uni). Die Supermärkte (Lidl, Penny, Aldi und Rewe) sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Optimale Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln durch Straßenbahnhaltestelle am Marktplatz.
Der monatliche Mietpreis beträgt 520 EUR (inkl. Heiz- und Betriebskoste).
Sehr beliebte Lage in den Mannheimer Quadraten. Die direkte Nähe zu den Planken und dem Hauptbahnhof machen diese Lage sehr attraktiv. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie vielen Restaurants und Cafés sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
