Hallo,
da wir beide ein Auslandssemester machen, suchen wir nette, ordentliche Zwischenmieter (Nichtraucher) für unsere Wohnung im Zeitraum von Juli 2016 bis einschließlich Januar 2017.
Diese ist voll möbiliert und ausgestattet, es gibt eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine und einen Trockner.
Die beiden Zimmer sind gleich groß und da wir selbst als 2er WG hier wohnen entsprechend möbiliert.
Bewerbt euch daher gerne zu zweit als WG oder allein auf die Zimmer.

Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Innenstadt am Marktplatz, daher sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Linie 1,3,4, 5,7) und Supermärkte wie Aldi, Lidl und Rewe in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Uni ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Bahn in ca. 7min erreichar.
In der Miete von ingesamt 850€ sind Strom, Heizung, WLAN, GEZ und eine kleine Gebühr für die Möbel enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 1000€.
