Unsere helle, gemütliche Wohnung mitten in den Mannheimer Quadraten sucht ab 12.Juni neue Mieter.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, wovon eins etwas größer ist als das andere. Beide Zimmer sind aber gut geschnitten und ausreichend groß für WG-Zimmer. Es gibt eine separate Küche mit Einbauküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen neu renovierten Balkon Richtung Süden.
ÖPNV ist schnell erreichbar, Universität und Innenstadt sind in unmittelbarer Entfernung. Ein Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof, das andere zur Straße. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.
Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 680-700€, dazu kommen noch Stromkosten in Höhe von ca. 50€.
Der Vermieter möchte die Wohnung an Studenten vermieten.
