DIE RÄUME
Küche:
Küche ist kostenlos mit dabei, samt dem Tisch, Sitzbank und Stühlen!
Außer der Geschirrspüler, welchen wir für die Küche gekauft haben. Für diesen verlangen wir die Abschlagszahlung von 80€.
Bad:
Hat einen Spiegelschrank und einen Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine.
Die Zimmer:
19m^2, 26m^2, 15m^2 inkl. Balkon
Die Wohnung befindet sich in T2 6, schräg hinter der Abendakademie. Zur Bahn sind es nur 100m, zu Penny 150m, zu Lidl 225m, Cafe Vienna 200m.
Feiern, Partys und laute Musik sind kein Problem, bisher hat sich noch nie ein Nachbar beschwert.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wir hatten nie Probleme!
