Da ich länger weg bin, werde ich meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung verfügt 2 Zimmer (16 qm groß) und voll möbiliert. Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank mit integriertem großem Gefrierfach, einer Spülmaschine und einem Herd inklusive Backofen ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt ein Doppelbett und einen Arbeitseck. In dem Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafsofa, und sie ist echt praktisch, wenn man Gäste hat. Das Internet (50/10 MBit) ist in den Nebenkosten einbegriffen.
Ich bin etwas flexibel mit dem Einzug- und Umzugsdatum, und ich glaube, die Wohnung bietet alles, hier in Mannheim ein neues Leben anzufangen.
Da die Wohnung in dem Quadrat liegt, wohnt man sehr Zentral. 6 min zu dem nächsten Aldi, REWE, Penny, DM. 7 min zu der Strassenbahnhaltestelle (1,2,3,4,5,6 und 7). Das Herschelbad liegt 300 meter entfernt. Außerdem gibt es viele Restaurants in der Nähe, eine Stadtmobil Station (Carsharing) und eine Nextbike Station.
