Zum 15. Juni wird eine voll möblierte Wohnung im Quadrate verfügbar sein. Das Gebäude ist ein originaler Jugendstil, der der Wohnung ein besonderes Geschmack verleiht. Die Lage in der obersten Etage lässt den ganzen Tag viel Sonne aus den Fenstern und macht die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Der große Schreibtisch im Wohnbereich bietet den perfekten Platz für Ihr Studium und Ihre Arbeit und auch der Stuhl ist bequem. Von dort aus habe ich viele Stunden effizient gearbeitet!
Die Küche ist mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher und einem Herd ausgestattet.
Das Schlafzimmer ist vom Wohnbereich getrennt. In diesem Raum ist genügend Platz, um Ihre Kleidung mit einem Kleiderschrank und Schubladen aufzubewahren. Das Bett ist groß und gemütlich.
Es gibt auch einen Keller, in dem Sie Ihre Koffer aufbewahren können

On June 15th a fully furnished apartment will be available in the Quadrate. The building is an original Art Nouveau one giving a special flair to the apartment. The location on the top floor allows a lot of sun coming from the windows throughout the day and makes the apartment very quiet.
The stout desk in the living area provides the perfect place for your study and work and the chair is confortable, I spent many hours efficiently working from there!
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, a fridge, a kettle and a stove plate.
The bedroom is separated from the living area. In this room there is enough space to store your clothes with a wardrobe and drawers. The bed is large and cosy.
There is also a cellar to store your suitcases.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Studenten und genauso für Arbeiter. Der nächste Supermarkt ist "Norma" mit guten Preisen, und in Gehweite kann man zu Penny, Lidl, Aldi und Rewe.
Sie wohnen vor Jungbusch: nah genug, wenn man feiern will, weit genug, wenn man sich ausruhen will. Auch die Universität ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht schlecht: man kann beim Rathaus den "Bewohner Parkausweis" beantragen und es ist nicht schwer, in der nähe der Wohung einen Parkplatz zu finden.

You are living in front of Jungbusch: close enough if you want to party, far enough if you need to rest. Also University is reachable in 10 minutes walk. If you have a car, the parking situation is not bad: you can ask for the "Bewohner Parkausweis" at the Rathaus and it is not hard to find a spot.
