Hallo! Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter*in vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. März 2023 für meine voll möblierte und moderne Altbauwohnung. Ich bin so lange in Australien und würde gerne Möbel und Inventar so weit wie möglich in der Wohnung lassen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit hohen Decken, dreifach-verglasten Fenstern und einer neuen Einbauküche. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Waschkeller.

Die Wohnung ist keine Minute von einer Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt Anschlüsse an zwei Zugstationen, wodurch der Anschluss sowohl nach Mannheim, als auch nach Heidelberg sehr sehr gut ist.
Abgesehen davon können Räder im Innenhof abgestellt werden und es gibt vor dem Haus jede Menge Parkplätze.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Tankstelle, einen Rewe, Penny, Lidl, und einen DM sowie Rossmann. Außerdem sind Poststellen, Bänke und Apotheken in laufnähe.
