Ehemaliges AirBnB-Paradies. Neues Waschbecken, neue Toilette etc. Kommen, staunen, loswohnen. Gerade jetzt im Winter ein Kuschelparadies.

PS: Die Wohnung ist nicht für eine WG geeignet, es sei denn ihr versteht Euch sehr sehr gut (es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer). ;o)

Absolut zentrale Lage direkt am Mannheimer HbF. 200 m zum HbF, 200 m zum S-Bahnhof, 200 m zum Flixbus, 200 m zum Carsharing, 400 m zum Wasserturm und Innenstadt, 700 m zur Uni. Eine der besten Lagen sowohl für den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr, aber auch direkt mit dem Auto Richtung Ludwigshafen oder Heidelberg.

Ich habe bis vor kurzem selber in dieser Wohnung gewohnt, ein wundervolles Mehrfamilienhaus, die Nachbarn sind alle nett, und es gibt nichts Schöneres als im Winter dem Knistern der Holzscheite im Kamin zu lauschen, da kommt schon im November Weihnachtsflair auf. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es bereits einen großen Einbauschrank, welcher mitgenutzt werden kann.
