Hallo,
Wir sind Linda und Jakob und studieren beide im 4.Semester an der Uni Mannheim (Psychologie und Lehramt).
Da wir ab Herbst ein Auslandssemester machen, bieten wir hier unsere gemütliche 1,5 Zimmerwohnung zur Untermiete an. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Schwetzingerstadt.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, einem Koch-/Esszimmer, in dem man auch einen zweiten Schreibtisch unterbringen kann, einem Flur und einer Abstellkammer.
Wir empfehlen Euch, die Wohnung als Pärchen oder Einzelperson zu mieten.
Die Wohnung kann möbliert untervermietet werden, in den Bildern seht Ihr, was vorhanden ist. Dann können wir gerne individuell absprechen, wie es für Euch am besten passt/was Ihr gerne da hättet!
Die Miete beträgt 680€ warm, dazu kommen noch Strom und Internet. Es wird mit Fernwärme geheizt.
Die Kaution beträgt 3x Kaltmieten (ins. 1500€) sowie einer zusätzlichen, dann gemeinsam abgesprochenen für die von Euch gewünschte Einrichtung.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen, mit dem Rad ca. 15 min von der Uni entfernt. Um die Ecke befinden sich ein Lidl, Edeka, dm und mehrere Bäcker.

We’re Linda and Jakob and we’re studying at Mannheim University (Psychology and Education).
Next semester we will spend abroad in the Netherlands. So we offer our cozy apartment for rent from about July until the end of January.
The apartment is located in the Schwetzingerstadt, a nice district of Mannheim.
The apartment consists of a big living/bedroom, a kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a storage room.
We recommend renting the apartment as a couple or a single person.
If you can’t come to Mannheim in person, you can we can meet online to show you the apartment!
You can rent the apartment with our furniture. In the pictures you can see what kind of furniture is there and we can individually discuss which pieces you want/need.
The rent including heating is 680€. The apartment is heated by district heating.
The deposit amount is 1500€ and there will be an additional deposit amount depending on the furniture you want.
The apartment is close to two tram stations, some supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka, dm) and bakeries.
By bike you’ll need about 15min to go to the University and the Hochschule Mannheim.
