Schöne 2 Zimmer (50qm) Wohnung in der Schwetzinger Vorstadt zu vermieten

Hallo leute :)

I am leaving a lovely flat in Schwetzingerstadt as I am moving home after a university exchange for a year. I have furnished the room and the flat myself so all furniture is almost new! Perfect for any student who doesn't want to furnish a place themselves. Mine is the nicest room in the flat with a nice big window, double bed, carpet, closet, couch-bed, desk and desk lamp. It also has some underbed storage, a dustbin and a yoga mat.

The second room is also available furnished as my flatmate is also leaving. There will be a bed, closet, couch, desk and chair.

The kitchen is well furnished with tables, chairs, pots, pans, plates, dish cloths and extensive cutlery. Similarly, the bathroom has some storage and towels. Unfortunately there is no washing machine but there's an affordable laundry 3 minutes walk away and we will leave a drying rack for clothes.

Currently, both of us in the flat are leaving so we can confidently say there's no requirements except for a reasonable level of English in order to communicate with me and the financial requirements of the landlord.
