Hallo Wohnungssuchende/r,
da wir unser Studium beenden wird unsere tolle 2-Zimmer-WG ab dem 1. Juli 2012 frei. Die Wohnfläche beträgt insgesamt 56 m2, mit zwei fast gleichgroßen Zimmern (15 und 17 m2) eignet sie sich auch super für eine WG. Die Küche hat Platz für einen großen Tisch und Zugang zum Balkon. Die ganze Wohnung ist durch große Fenster wunderschön hell und bis auf das Bad liegt Dielenboden.
Die Lage ist günstig, durch den Schwetzinger Platz von der Straße etwas zurückversetzt, mit Grimminger, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Haltestelle Kopernikusstraße (Straßenbahnlinie 1 fährt die ganze Nacht durch) direkt vor der Tür. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Quadrate, mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 min an die Uni sowie an die Hochschule und an den Rhein.
Hinterhof mit Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Kellerabteil sind vorhanden.
