Beautiful apartment in the best Neighborhood from Mannheim

Hello, my name is Tamara and because of my job I had to move to another city. Now is time to stay in this city and that's why, sadly, I have to find another person who wants to stay in this really great place.

The apartment has 44 m2, 20m2 Living/sleeping room, big kitchen, big hall with place for a closet and comode, very nice bad with bathtub, 2 beautiful balconies + huge Keller. I have invested a lot of time and money repairing this place that's why I am sure that the next person that lives here will be very happy. That it's also the reason why, in order to rent the apartment, the new "mieter" will have to assume some expenses like: the floor that I installed in the apartment and the kitchen (includes: furniture, kitchen and fridge) for a total amount of 800€.

Because I am living far away from Mannheim I will have only one day to show the apartment and the next day we will have to do all papers with the person responsible, so be aware that if you want the apartment you will have to be quick. I will give the dates and further information by email. Probably the visit day will be 21st of February.
