Hallo an alle Interessenten,
zu vergeben ist eine schöne, helle und erst kürzlich renovierte 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Küche, Bad und 2 Balkonen zum sehr günstigen Preis von 500 € warm. Hier die Rahmenfakten:
- Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 55m².
- Die Küche (inkl. Bosch-Kühlschrank und Miele-Herd) soll vom Nachmieter zum Preis von 650 € übernommen werden.
- Die Zimmer sind schön und hell, es liegt überall Laminat. Die Küche wurde vom Vermieter kürzlich gefliest.
- Prinzipiell ist die Wohnung auch WG-tauglich, ich habe aber alleine dort gewohnt.
Da ich beruflich nach Köln ziehe, möchte ich die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig bereits zum 01.05. vergeben. Bitte meldet euch daher nur bei mir, wenn die Übernahme der Küche für euch in Frage kommt und das nahe Einzugsdatum für euch machbar ist. Anfragen ausschließlich per Mail mit Telefon-Nummer.
