Spacious and pleasant apartment available for two months in convenient location

Hello,

I am visiting Brazil for two months and therefore I would like to rent out my apartment, furnished. It is large and suitable for a single inhabitant or a couple, possibly from the University, which is 7 minutes away by the tram. There are two supermarkets and a tram stop less than one minutes' walk away. It is also located near the Hauptbahnhof. It includes the following rooms:

Lounge/Bedroom

Includes a double bed, big screen tv on a tv table, coffee table, a sofa, chair, bedside dresser, book case and closet for your clothes.

Hall

Includes a coat rack, cupboard and full-body mirror.

Bathroom

Includes a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.

Kitchen

Includes an oven, fridge, freezer, sink and kitchen table. There is a small balcony with a clothes rack on which to hang your washing.

Because I am only renting it for two months, I have lowered the price. I would also considered a one or one and a half month rental. There is a security deposit for items such as the television and the rest of the furniture, as well as the fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, saucepans, iron, etc).
