Hallo,
wir vermieten unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Schwetzingerstadt für drei Monate während wir in Frankfurt sind. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit französischem Balkon (bzw. ein großes Fenster), einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad und einer großen Küche. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet.
We‘ll be in Frankfurt for three months from 1. October to 31. December and are therefore subletting our apartment. The apartment consists of one living room, one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment comes fully furnished and the rent includes utilities and wifi. There will also be a deposit of 700€, which you will of course get back when you move out.
In der Schwetzingerstadt erreicht ihr eigentlich alles schnell, was ihr so zum Leben braucht. Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Netto, DM und Apotheken erreicht ihr in 5-10 Gehminuten. Außerdem gibt es in der Schwetzingerstadt viele Cafés und Restaurants, einen verpackungsfreien Laden, mehrere Bäcker, kleine Läden.
Ihr seid ca. 2km vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und mit 2 Straßenbahnlinien (6 zur Weberstraße; 1 zur Krappmühlstr.) seid ihr auch sehr gut angebunden.
The apartment is located in the area “Schwetzingerstadt”, which is a quiet family neighborhood with many restaurants, coffee places, stores etc. There are also several grocery stores within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Netto).
Our flat is around 2km from the train station and has easy access to public transportation.
Die Wohnung eignet sich am besten für ein Paar, oder auch eine Einzelperson. Theoretisch ist aber auch die Nutzung als WG möglich – dazu müsstet ihr vielleicht bisschen umstellen und eine der beiden Matratzen in das Wohnzimmer legen. Nur Haustiere dürfen leider nicht mit einziehen.
The apartment is best suited for a couple or one person. If you wish to move in with a friend you can also use the apartment as a shared flat, which will probably require you to rearrange the furniture a little. Our landlady unfortunately does not allow any pets inside the house.
