Hallo zusammen,
für meine wunderschöne Wohnung in der Schwetzingervorstadt suche ich einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre zentrale Lage (Haltestelle Weberstraße liegt 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt) und Deckenhöhen von ca. 3,80 m aus.
Die Einbauküche (ohne Waschmaschine) wurde erst im Juni 2020 eingebaut und kann für 2.500 Euro übernommen werden. Im Preis der Küche ist ein freistehender Kühlschrank von Bauknecht, der ca. 1,5 Jahre alt ist, inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung wird voraussichtlich im März frei. Momentan zahle ich 600 Euro Kaltmiete + 180 Euro Nebenkosten.
Die Schwetzingervorstadt ist ein beliebter Stadtteil Mannheims. Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
