Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und hat 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer), Küche und Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist zugleich Durchgangszimmer und eine Einbauküche ist bereits vorhanden. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl, Fahrradraum und eine Grünfläche im Innenhof.
Standort
Die Wohnung liegt am Schillerplatz, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Mannheimer Universität (Bibliothek A3 in 1 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar) und zu Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs, Cafés und Restaurants. Die nächste Haltestelle der Straßenbahn ist ca. 5 Min. entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage handelt es sich um eine ruhige Wohngegend. Naherholungsmöglichkeiten, z.B. am Rheinufer, sind einfach zu erreichen.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach Untervermietung der Wohnung für die Zeit, die ich auf Reisen bin. Die Wohnung kommt mit einer Einbauküche und ich werde alle notwendigen Möbel im Schlafzimmer/Wohnzimmer verlassen. The flat is in a residential building and has 2 rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen and bathroom. The living room is also a passage room and a fitted kitchen is already available. The building has a lift, bicycle room and a green area in the inner courtyard.
Location
The flat is located on Schillerplatz, in the immediate vicinity of University of Mannheim (library A3 within 1 minute walking distance) and shops for daily needs, cafés and restaurants. The nearest tram stop is approx. 3 minutes away. Despite its central location, this is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Local recreational facilities, e.g. on the banks of the Rhine, are within easy reach.
