The monthly warm rent for this cozy apartment is 580 €.

Sadly, I have to leave this place because of my new job in another city. I've lived here for about 2.5 years, and I love its location and the affordable rent, especially compared to prices in Mannheim.

The apartment is about 45 sqm and has 1.5 rooms. I use one room for sleeping and the other for living and cooking. So, you could say it's a '1.5 room' apartment! It comes fully furnished with everything you'll need. Since I'm moving, I can't take everything with me, including some of my belongings, clothes, and extra stuff (if you want more details, just ask).

I leave all furniture for extra price (without furniture the flat is not rented) and here's what you'll find in the apartment, all belongs to me :

Leider muss ich diesen Ort verlassen, wegen meines neuen Jobs in einer anderen Stadt. Ich habe hier etwa 2,5 Jahre gewohnt und liebe die Lage und die erschwingliche Miete, besonders im Vergleich zu den Preisen in Mannheim.

Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 45 Quadratmeter groß und hat 1,5 Zimmer. Ein Zimmer nutze ich zum Schlafen und das andere zum Wohnen und Kochen. Man könnte also sagen, es ist eine '1,5-Zimmer'-Wohnung! Sie ist voll möbliert mit allem, was du brauchst. Da ich umziehe, kann ich nicht alles mitnehmen, einschließlich einiger meiner Sachen, Kleidung und zusätzlicher Dinge (wenn du mehr Details möchtest, bitte einfach fragen 😊).

Ich lasse alle Möbel für einen Aufpreis zurück (ohne Möbel wird die Wohnung nicht vermietet) und hier ist, was du in der Wohnung finden wirst, alles gehört mir:
