Wunderschöne helle vollmöblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für ein halbes Jahr zu vergeben.

Die Wohung besteht aus einem Büro /Gästezimmer einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer.

Highlight ist der Balkon an der Küche auf dem man auch mal bei Regen entspannt ein Glas Wein trinken kann oder der Balkon im Wohnzimmer.

Trockner Waschmaschiene Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.

Internet und Strom inklusive.

Die Lage ist super. Zu den Supermärkten und der Post braucht man keine 5 Minuten und der Bäcker ist vor der Haustür, so dass du schauen kannst ob gerade eine lange Schlange ist. Zur Haltestelle sind es ca 300 Meter.

Parkplätze sind dafür schwer zu finden ich aber meine Geheimtipps.

Die Wohnung ist auch durch die Raumaufteilung als WG -nutzbar.

The highlight is the balcony in the kitchen where you can relax and drink a glass of wine even when it rains or the balcony in the living room.

Dryer, washing machine, dishwasher are available. Internet and electricity included. The location is great for the supermarkets and the post office takes less than 5 minutes and the bakery is on the doorstep so you can see if there is a long queue. It is about 300 meters to the stop.

Parking spaces are difficult to find, but I have my insider tips. The apartment can also be used as a shared apartment due to the room layout
