Die Wohnung besteht aus:
- Bad (Dusche + WC)
- Küche (mit Einbauküche und Zugang zum Balkon)
- 1 kleines Zimmer
- 2 größere Zimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und sehr hell und in ruhiger Lage. Sie befindet sich im 1. OG meines Einfamilienhauses. Im Erdgeschoss wohne ich selbst. Es gibt einen Hauseingang, den beide Parteien nutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Harthölzle im Westen von Metzingen.
Die Auffahrt zur B312 ist um die Ecke.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus) sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der HBF ist in 15min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Outlets sind zwar in der Nähe (gut zu Fuß zu erreichen), jedoch wohnt man hier weit genug weg vom Shopping-Trubel, sodass man davon in der Wohnung nichts mitbekommt.
Für die Wohnung suche ich vorzugsweise ein Nichtraucher-Paar im Alter 40+.
Ich stelle mir das gemeinsame Wohnen unter einem Dach freundlich, nachbarschaftlich und zwanglos vor.
Ich selbst bin 78 Jahre alt, in Rente und verbringe viel Zeit in meinem Garten, beim Sport und beim Tanzen.
