Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich habe hier meine kleine aber feine Wohnung abzugeben. Sobald ich etwas neues gefunden habe, kann die Wohnung sofort übernommen werden. Sie ist ca. 36qm groß & hat eine tolle Küche drinne, welche zur Miete in dem Mietpreis von 260 Euro inbegriffen ist. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche & einen Stellplatz für eine Waschmaschine. Zum Bahnhof sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß genauso wie zur Uni und zum Netto oder Lidl. Ich habe hier immer sehr gerne gewohnt, die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett & nie laut oder sonstiges. Einige der Möbel können übernommen werden wenn Bedarf ist, wie zb. Schreibtisch oder Schränke & Kommoden.

5 min zur Uni, zum Einkaufen & zum örtlichen Bahnhof :-)
Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig & das Treppenhaus wird jede Woche gereinigt.
