Die neu sanierte Wohnung hat einen eigenen Aufgang zum 1. Stock. Der Flur ist mit Flurgarderobe und Spiegel eingerichtet. Die komplett möblierte Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck und Geschirr ist alles da :)
Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche, Waschbecken, WC, Handtuchheizkörper und Spiegelschrank eingerichtet.
Nach der Küche schließt sich der Wohnraum mit 2 Fenstern an. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine neuwertige Wohnlandschaft und auch das E-Piano, was Du gerne nutzen kannst. Außerdem ein Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm zum Arbeiten.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Fenster und einem gemütlichen Doppelbett (140x200m) aus Holz.
Internet (WLAN/Kabel) inklusive.
Der Bahnhof ist 15 mins zu Fuß entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es 3 Bäcker und mehrere Supermärkte. Kino und Irish Pub sind ebenfalls 2 mins entfernt und verschiedene Döner auch :)
Die Miete beträgt 50€/Nacht, für eine Woche 180€ oder einen Monat 500€. Mindestmietdauer 2 Nächte.

Sunny furnished apartment directly at the university. Very quiet location, because you live alone in a small house.
The newly renovated small apartment has its own staircase to the 1st floor. The hallway is furnished with hallway wardrobe and mirror. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Pots, pans, cutlery and dishes are all there :)
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, towel radiator and mirror cabinet.
After the kitchen adjoins the living room with 2 windows. In the living room is a new living landscape and also the e-piano, which you are welcome to use. In addition, a desk with a screen to work.
The apartment also has a bedroom with a large window and a cozy double bed (140x200m) made of wood.
Internet (WLAN/cable) included.
You could also use my bycicle and the board games.
The train station is 15 mins walk away. Just around the corner there are 3 bakers and several supermarkets. Cinema and Irish Pub are also 2 mins away :)
The rent is 50€/night, for a week 180€ or a month 500€. Minimum rental period 2 nights.
