Hallo,da mein Cousin aus beruflichen Gründen nach Belgien zieht,suchen wir dringend einen Nachmieter für seine Wohnung in Meerbeck! Es handelt sich um eine 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung für eine Warmmiete in Höhe von 490 Euro,d.h. das schon 70 Euro für die Heizung in der Miete enthalten sind!Da ich nicht weiß,mit wieviel Personen ihr dort einziehen wollt,kann ich euch nur verraten,wieviel Abschlag er als Einzelperson bei ENNI bezahlt hat:30 Euro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
