Ich besitze große und helle_ sehr gepflegte Wohnung,die ist gerade nach der Renovierung. Ruhig, warm und mit Aussicht auf den gemütlichen Innenhof und von anderen Zimmer auf die grüne Straße. Die Lage ist sehr bequem und grün.
Es dauert ca. 17 min zu Fuß zur U-bahnstation Tuschinskaya, aber auch zur Suburbahn-Station. Bushaltestelle nur mit 4 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat den Kühlschrank, kleine Küche, die Waschmaschine und 3 Schränke und 3 Sofas.
Geeignet für 2-3 berufstätige Menschen für mindestens 1 Jahr Miete zeit. (Die Nachbarn daneben sprechen Deutsch und Englisch, sind auch sehr freundlich).
In 500 m. befinden sich die Kunstschule und das Gymnasium mit fortgeschrittenem Studium der Fremdsprachen (Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch). Es gibt auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte nicht weit entfernt vom Haus (ca. 5-8 min zu Fuß).
