Hi!
Due to the current Corona-crisis, me and my roomie Harald Attling are about to cancel our upcoming spring/summer semester at TUM. Therefore we are searching for some to take over our lovely 35 squere meter apartment just 400 meters from Marienplatz. The apartment is suitable for a couple as well as two friends and is fully furnished (incl. dishwasher), own WC/shower and access to washing machine in the house.
The apartment is offered immediately and the contract with our landlord will last until at least 31 August. Further contracting is possible and will be discussed with our landlord. You are not allowed to have any pets in the apartment and we are only searching for non-smokers.
Rent: 1400 Euro/month
