Genau so nah dran ist die S-Bahn, an der alle Linien der Stammstrecke fahren.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und hat alles, was Du brauchst: Internet, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine, nette Nachbarn und und und. This can be your home this summer (dates somewhat flexible): one bedroom (+ one livingroom) apartment with balcony in excellent, very central location - 8min walking distance to Marienplatz, 3 to the river Isar. The ideal mix of city life & nature! Gärtnerplatz & the Glockenbach district with its many restaurants & bars (most of which do take-out right now) can be reached within a short walk of approx. 10-15mins or by tram (stop right outside the house).
The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need: internet, fully equipped kitchen, bath tub, washing machine. nice neighbors... There's a safe space for your bike in the courtyard.
