Wir suchen einen Untermieter für unsere geliebte Wohnung im schönen Lehel, da wir in ein größeres Zuhause gezogen sind. Bei Interesse können wir ein 140 cm breites Bett und einen Kühlschrank zur Verfügung stellen. Im Flur befindet sich ein Wandschrank, wo Sachen abgelegt werden können.
Die Lage ist top. Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich die Isar. Das Isartor ist 4 Minuten und die U5/U4 in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis zum Englischen Garten ist es auch nicht weit. Viele Restaurants sind direkt daneben. Am Isartor gibt es einen Lidl und einen Edeka.
