Wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung direkt am Englischen Garten, Tramstation Paradiesstraße direkt vor der Haustür. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleines Badezimmer, ca. 15 qm Schlafzimmer, ca. 22 qm Wohnzimmer, Küche (mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombination), Flur, kleine Abstellkammer sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Da mein Freund und ich uns getrennt haben ziehen wir aus. Ich suche eine kleinere Wohnung bis 700 € warm zum Tausch.
Einige Möbel können aus der Wohnung abgelöst werden, das können wir dann besprechen.
Kosten sind inkl. Internet und GEZ.
