The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a rear building with a beautiful green courtyard. Access is via an external staircase protected from rain.
The kitchen can be separated from the living room with a sliding wall.

In the bedroom, a 1.6m wide mattress is mounted higher, so there is storage space under the bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed on which one or two more people can sleep.
In 4 Minuten ist man bei der Tramstation Eduard-Schmid-Straße, von der aus man in ca. 5 Minuten am Sendlinger Tor bzw. am Stachus ist.
In 7 Minuten ist man an der Ubahn-Station Kolumbusplatz. Von dort aus fährt die Ubahn in 4 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Es gibt auch noch viele Buslinien in der Nähe. Schnell ist man aber auch immer mit dem Fahrrad.

In 4 minutes you are at the tram station Eduard-Schmid-Straße, from where you are in about 5 minutes at the Sendlinger Tor or the Stachus.
In 7 minutes you are at the subway station Kolumbusplatz. From there, the subway takes you to the main train station in 4 minutes.
There are also many bus lines nearby. But you are always fast by bike.
