Hey, wir suchen für unsere Wohnung schon zum 01.02.2014 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist ca. 75 qm groß, liegt im 1. Stock und hat einen dunklen Laminat Boden. Es sollte noch erwähnt werden das eine große Küche, welche komplett mit allenm drum und dran, sprich Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschnie etc., abgelöst werden muss. Preis für die Küche ist 2100,00 €. Küche ist in einem TOP-Zustand und diesen Preis noch locker wert. Termin zur Besichtigung telefonisch abklären, da ich nicht weiss wie lange ich brauche für die Email Beantwortung. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und einer großen modernen Küche. Mietverhältnis ist unbefristet. TOP Lage zwischen Ostbhf. und Rosenheimerplatz, welche jeweils zur Stammstrecke gehören und somit alle S-Bahnen fahren und am Ostbhf. zusätzlich noch die U5 fährt und sich ein Busbahnhof befindet. Zu beiden Stationen jeweils 3 min Fußweg. Der Bus Richtung Sendlinger Tor fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab.
