- Amazing and lovely location for people who love convenience as it has 4 Ubahn by pass by (U1/U2/U7/U8).
- Have a walk next to Isar is one of my favorite about staying here. Only 5 min walk, you reach Isar and it has an amazing running and biking ways.
- If you want to get to U6/U3, there is busses connect you to the stations.
Minimum rent 3 weeks and pay one month deposit. The deposit is required for in case something damage during the stay only. The subrent has to have no pet. We are not allow cats in the house (serious allergic to cats). Students are welcome as well. If you rent from 25th March to 4th May, we only count for one month, other less than 30 days, we can talk again. Viewing appoitment is available in the evening after 6 pm everyday.
