Sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafzimmer gehen die Fenster bis fast zum Boden, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, verfügt über einen großen Balkon, der vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus begehbar ist.

Die warme Monatsmiete beträgt 1300 Euro.

Friendly and quiet 2-room apartment with lots of light, large balcony, many plants, nearby transportation and a beautiful view. I am looking for a reliable subtenant for my place for the period from July 15th to September 20th. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, except dishwasher.

The apartment is very bright thanks to windows from floor to ceiling both in both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is in a multi-party building and has a large balcony that can be accessed from the living room and bedroom.

The monthly rent is 1300 euros (all-inclusive).
