Suche ab ca. 15.05.2012 bis Mitte/Ende August 2012 eine/n Zwischenmieter/in (max. 1 Person!) für meine sehr schöne, ca. 45 m² große, möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Parkstadt Bogenhausen, Nähe U 4 Böhmerwaldplatz.
Ausstattung:
Offene, kleine Küche (Anschluss zum Wohnzimmer)
Komplett möbliert (ohne Fernseher)
Balkon, alle Zimmer nach Süden
Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster
Pauschalmonatsmiete (inkl. Nebenkosten): 700 EUR plus 36 EUR für Reinigung alle zwei Wochen.
Sehr gute Anbindung an U-Bahn (U 4, nur 4 Stationen zum Odeonsplatz) und Bus - knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß
Gute AB-Anbindung (A94 sehr nah; A8 und A9 über Mittleren Ring sehr gut erreichbar)
Kleiner Park (Denninger Weiher) direkt hinterm Haus
Ruhige Umgebung und angenehme Nachbarschaft
Edeka direkt nebenan, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe
Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Reinigungskraft für drei Stunden, Kosten: 36 EUR pro Besuch. Die Übernahme dieser Dienstleistung ist obligatorisch.
Mietzeitraum ist variabel und kann bei Interesse abgesprochen werden.
