We are moving back to Spain at the beginning of June and we are leaving our apartment in Bogenhausen and helping the owners to find new tenants. More info:

The apartment is furnished and has three rooms, the first one with a double bed, the second one with a single bed (we have converted it into an office for home office) and the third one is a living/dining room with exit to a balcony. There is a small extra room with clothesline and large closets that serve well for storage. Bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. In the basement there is also a cellar space.
The apartment is very well located: 10 min walking distance to Max Weber Platz (U4, U5), Tram 37 at the door (Bundesfinanzhof stop) and several buses in the surroundings, with supermarkets also very close. 15 min walking to English Garten. Ismaninger strasse 128. It's very easy to park the car on the sorroundings without pay the zone.
The apartment is furnished and also has small appliances such as TV (32 inches, we have a bigger one right now) vacuum cleaner, iron and the kitchen has everything, pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc.. Ready to move in. The owners prefer couples without pets. The building has a elevator.
