Ich habe ein 2er oder 3er WG-Angebot (s. "Sonstiges") in einer 86 m2 Wohnung mit drei Zimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Zur deine alleinigen Nutzung sind:
- 15 m2 Zimmer
- 5 m2 Bad und zusätzlich
- Küche, Wohnzimmer, Flur zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit mir.
Ich möchte das Zimmer "Schlafen" mit etwa 15 Quadratmetern und das Badezimmer "Bad" (5,09 m2) wie im Wohnungsgrundriss beschrieben, vermieten. Das Wohnzimmer "Wohnen" (29,47 m2) und die Küche (7,65 m2) werden gemeinsam genutzt. Ich werde das als "Kind" beschriebene Zimmer und das mit "WC" gekennzeichnete Badezimmer exklusiv ca. 1 Woche pro Monat nutzen. Das bedeutet, dass für die meiste Zeit die gesamte Wohnung mit Ausnahme des kleinen Schlafzimmers und des WCs (also ca. 70 m2) Dir zur Verfügung stehen.

I have a shared living space offer for a 2 or 3 person flatshare (see "Other") in an 86 m2 apartment with three rooms and two bathrooms. For your exclusive use:
* 15 m2 room
* 5 m2 bathroom and additionally
* Kitchen, living room, hallway for shared use with me.
* I would like to rent out the "Schlafen" room with approximately 15 square meters and the "Bad" (5.09 m2) as described in the apartment floor plan. The "Wohnen" room (29.47 m2) and the kitchen "Küche" (7.65 m2) will be shared. I will exclusively use the room labeled as "Kind" and the bathroom marked with "WC" for ca. 1 week per month. This means that for most of the time, the entire apartment except for the small bedroom and WC (i.e. approximately 70 m2) will be available to you.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Schloßviertel Nymphenburg ca. 150 m von der S-Bahn Station München -Laim. Ca. 100-200 m entfernt gibt es Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Apotheke, Edeka u.v.m. Im Ukreis 500m mehrere Restaurants.
Die Entfernung zum Parkeingang von Schloss Nymphenburg ist 150 m zu Fuß und ca. 500 m zum Hirschgarten. Traumhaft!

Es gibt zwei Bäder. Das größere Bad mit fünf Quadratmetern wird ausschließlich von dir genutzt, mit Ausnahme der Waschmaschine, die gelegentlich mitbenutzt werden wird.
Es handelt sich um eine sehr komfortable Wohnung mit perfekter Lage zwischen Hirschgarten und Schloss Nymphenburg Park. 3 OG mit Aufzug.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Besteck und Schneidwaren usw.

The apartment is located in the Nymphenburg Castle district, approximately 150 meters from the Munich-Laim S-Bahn station. Within about 100-200 meters, you'll find Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, pharmacies, Edeka, and more. Within a 500-meter radius, there are several restaurants.

It's a beautifully bright apartment. You'll find the apartment floor plan attached.
There are two bathrooms. The larger one, with five square meters, will be exclusively for your use, except for the washing machine, which will be occasionally shared.
It's a very comfortable apartment with a perfect location between Hirschgarten and Nymphenburg Palace Park, on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large fridge with a spacious freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils, and cutlery, and more.

Ich bin reisender Berufstätiger und werde nur gelegentlich ca. 1 Woche im Monat in der Wohnung sein.
Das bedeutet, dass für die meiste Zeit die gesamte Wohnung mit Ausnahme des kleinen Schlafzimmers und des WCs (also ca. 70 m2) Dir zur Verfügung stehen.
Ich beabsichtige, die Wohnung einschließlich der Möbel an den zukünftigen Mitbewohner weiterzugeben, aber dies ist für dich keine Voraussetzung, da ich ohne Probleme Interessenten finden werde.

The shared apartment is intended for a quiet lifestyle and as a workspace.
I am a traveling professional and will only be in the apartment occasionally, approximately 1 week per month. This means that for most of the time, the entire apartment, excluding the small bedroom and the WC (approximately 70 m2), will be available to you.
I intend to pass on the apartment, including the furniture, to the future roommate but this is not a requirement for you as I will find interested people without a problem.
