I offer a furnished room in a 2-room apartment. The room is bright, cosy and has everything you need. In addition, the spacious kitchen is available for your own use – ideal for cooking, relaxing and living.

Important: The second room of the apartment is closed and is not used. So you have the apartment for yourself. It is therefore not a classic WG – but rather an interim solution with a lot of privacy. If I come by, of course, I'll announce it in time.

Just to singles! Couples or housing groups are unfortunately not possible.

Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung an. Das Zimmer ist hell, gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Zusätzlich steht dir die großzügige Wohnküche zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung – ideal zum Kochen, Entspannen und Leben.

Wichtig: Das zweite Zimmer der Wohnung ist abgeschlossen und wird nicht genutzt. Du hast also die Wohnung für dich alleine. Es handelt sich daher nicht um eine klassische WG – sondern eher um eine Zwischenlösung mit viel Privatsphäre. Falls ich mal vorbeikommen sollte, kündige ich das natürlich rechtzeitig an.

Nur an Singles! Paare oder Wohngemeinschaften sind leider nicht möglich.
