Hallo alle, ich suche Nachmieter für meine geliebte, wunderschöne Lichtenberger Wohnung. Sie ist im vierten Stock, ausgebautes Dachgeschoss, ist sehr hell und in hervorragendem Zustand. Es gibt ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohnküche. Der Mietpreis wurde so von der Hausverwaltung bestätigt, es ist allerdings eine Indexmiete. Mindestvertragsdauer ist ein Jahr.
Zu übernehmen wäre ein sehr großer Wandschrank plus die Küche für insgesamt 3.500 €. Optional kann ich auch weitere Möbel verkaufen. Außerdem müsste Strom und Vodafone übernommen werden, bis die Verträge auslaufen.

Die Wohnung ist gerade nah genug am Bahnhof Lichtenberg, dass man in 2 Minuten hinrennen kann, es aber nicht laut wird. Im 4. Stock ist es relativ leise. Lichtenberg ist eine Gastrowüste, aber dafür hat der Edeka im Bahnhof auch sonntags geöffnet.
