Die Wohnung hat sehr hohe Decken und liegt im 1. Stock zwischen Theresienwiese und Isar. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit kleinem Sofa. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet, das Wohnzimmer zur Straße, sie ist aber nicht viel befahren. Super ist auch, dass es im Hinterhof einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt. Home-Office-Platz mit Monitor und hochfahrbarem Schreibtisch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, in der Nähe der Isar und der Theresienwiese (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und nur drei U- Bahn-Stationen vom Marienplatz entfernt. Zur U-Bahn-Station Poccistr. braucht man fünf Minuten. Busanbindungen sind auch nicht weit weg. Supermärkte gibt es jede Menge und gleich ums Eck einen großen Edeka. Und sehr praktisch: Direkt nebenan eine Bar, es ist aber nicht laut. Für Kulturinteressierte: Das Volkstheater befindet sich gerade mal 200 Meter entfernt, sehr zu empfehlen.
Gerne per Mail oder What's app Kontakt aufnehmen, da wir ein kleines Kind haben und ich nicht so einfach telefonisch zu erreichen bin. Wer einziehen will, sollte sich dazu bereit erklären, unsere Blumen zu gießen. :-) Und sich nicht an Kinderausstattung stören, wie z.B. einem Hochstuhl in der Küche oder einem Wickeltisch.
