Hallo zusammen,
Da ich 4 Wochen auf Reise bin, möchte ich meine helle, voll möblierte, und gemütliche Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnlage ist sehr zentral gelegen und den öffentlichen lässt sich in 5 min zu Fuß erreichen. Zeitlich bin ich sehr flexible und bei Bedarf können die Daten vor- oder nach hintenverschieben.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Becker, Wäscherei, Schuhmacher, etc sind in paar Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Folgende Ausstattung ist vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kabel Anschluss, Kühlschrank, Balkon.

Hi all,
I'm treveling for couple of weeks, that's why I'm renting my fully furnished, cozy, and central located flat for nearly 4 weeks (see pics). I'm very flexible so can shorten or extend the renting period - if necessary.
Public transport is 5 walks from the flat and you have plety shops, backery, etc in the neighbourhood
Following is available: washing machine, dish washer, cable tv, balcony, fridge, etc.

Die Wohnung ist im Isarvorstadtviertel gelegen und man erreicht Marienplatz und Hauptbahnhof in ca. 5 min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Thereisenwiese ist in ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und eignet sich für einen schönen Spaziergang in jeder Jahreszeit.
Der Westpark und der Isa erreicht man in 10 Min mit dem Fahhrad.
Kabelfernseheanschluss (SKY) vorhanden. Ich wäre sehr froh wenn ihr meine Blümmen 1-2 die Wochen gießen könntet.
Die Nachbarn sind voll nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Im Haus gibt es kein Aufzug und keine Tiere sind in der Wohnung erlaubt.
