Ich bewohne ein schönes altes Haus mit Garten im Zentrum von Markt Schwaben.
Zu vermieten sind zwei Zimmer: das größte und schönste des Hauses und ein kleineres,
unspektakuläres Schlaf- oder Arbeitszimmer. Gemeinsam sind die große Küche und das Bad.
Praktisch sind die zwei separaten Toiletten.
Stelle mir vor: eine Person oder ein Paar, berufstätig, oder mindestens "beschäftigt".
Keine regelmäßigen Partys oder 4 Mal die Woche gemeinsam kochen.
Gerne ein gutes Gespräch bei einem Kaffee oder einem Bier in der Küche
oder im Garten. Auch mal gemeinsam grillen oder schafkopfen.
Bevorzugt mittel- bis längerfristige Mietabsicht.
Grundsätzlich ist es ein offenes, charmantes, positives Haus.
So wie sein(e) Bewohner...
Please keep in mind: Markt Schwaben is not in the center but in the east of Munich.
