Hallo an alle,
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt abzugeben. Sie wurde 2019 kernsaniert und ist nach wie vor wie neu 😊. Sie hat ein Fenster im Bad, schöne große Fliesen und einen Parkettboden. Die Wohnung ist in der Kreittmayrstr im 2 Stock. Tram ist super nah (Sandstraße) und auch die U-Bahn Stiglmaierplatz. Der Vermieter ist praktisch nicht anwesend, eigentlich wird alles vom Hausmeister gemanaged, der wirklich super hilfsbereit und nett ist.
Inkludiert in der Ablösesumme sind: Kleiderschrank (Ikea Pax), Küche (Geschirrspüler wird noch abgeklärt ), Lampen und Rollos, Gardinenstangen, Badezimmerschrank.
