Hi an euch alle :)
ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung für 3 Wochen, weil ich in der Zeit im Ausland sein werde. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und hat alles an Ausstattung was man so braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, etc. Und ganz wichtig! Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden :)
Ich vermiete nur 2 der 3 Zimmer, deswegen siehst du auf dem Grundriss noch ein Zimmer mehr (das kleine neben dem Wohnzimmer wird nicht vermietet).
Wenn ihr nur 2 Wochen eine Unterkunft braucht oder so ähnliche Abweichungen der Fall sind, schreibt mir einfach, dann können wir schauen ob das passt.
Die Wohnung hat sie beste Lage, der Bus fährt 1 Minuten vom Haus entfernt ab, die Tram Station ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und 3 verschiedene U-Bahn-Linien sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Außerdem hast du zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe
