We travel from July to September. The months are fixed, the exact day of arrival and departure is not yet final. So we are a bit flexible and can make your intermediate rental in detail and fit.

The apartment is very quiet, stylishly furnished, with balcony and everything it needs. It is even cleaned for you 1/week if you like it. Located directly on the U3 you are in 20min at Marienplatz or on Theresienwiese to Oktoberfest. The nearest supermarket is only 1min away, in direct neighborhood (Edeka). Up to Garmisch in the mountains there are almost 45min by car. Forest and meadows you have right in front of the house for cycling or walking.

We live here at 3t, 2 adults, a child. Up to 5 people could sleep in the apartment when you fold out the sofa bed in the children's room. But then there's little room, so that's a maximum of what to visit.

Our double bed is 3m wide when you have a child, so you have 3t comfortable space. There is an extra children's room with own bed. The pictures show that pretty.

There are 5 other parties in the house. Parking is possible directly on the road. It is important that you water our plants in time. Animals are not allowed in the house.

We don't have a TV. Internet of course.

Wir verreisen von Juli bis September. Die Monate sind fix, der genaue Tag von An- und Abreise steht noch nicht final. Wir sind also etwas flexibel und können deine/eure Zwischenmiete noch im Detail absprechen und passend machen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit Balkon und allem, was es braucht. Es wird sogar 1/Woche für dich geputzt, wenn du das magst. Direkt an der U3 gelegen bist du in 20min am Marienplatz oder auf der Theresienwiese zum Oktoberfest. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 1min entfernt, in direkter Nachbarschaft (Edeka). Bis nach Garmisch in die Berge sind es knapp 45min mit dem Auto. Wald und Wiesen hast du direkt vorm Haus bspw. zum Radfahren oder Spazierengehen.

Wir wohnen hier zu 3t, 2 Erwachsene, ein Kind. Bis zu 5 Personen könnten in der Wohnung schlafen, wenn man das Schlafsofa im Kinderzimmer ausklappt. Doch dann ist wenig Platz, das ist also maximal was für Besuch.

Unser Ehebett ist 3m breit, wenn ihr ein Kind habt, habt ihr da also zu 3t bequem Platz. Wobei es ein extra Kinderzimmer gibt mit eigenem Bett. Die Bilder zeigen das ganz schön.

Im Haus wohnen noch 5 weitere Parteien. Parken ist direkt an der Straße möglich. Wichtig ist, dass du/ihr in der Zeit unsere Pflanzen mit gießt. Tiere sind im Haus nicht erlaubt.

Ach und wichtig: Wir haben keinen Fernseher. Internet natürlich schon.
